It is in Southern Oregon.\u00a0 However there is a sign at the bottom of the road in the background that says &#8220;Tuscan Hills&#8221;.\u00a0 I am assuming it is meant to become a high end housing development. I do see a hint of Tuscany in my home country, but just a hint.\u00a0 I think it is its own special place.
