But if you live in Southern Oregon, you know that we haven&#8217;t had much rain lately. However, I sat in on some Photoshop classes this morning and I learned how to fake the raindrops using an overlay. I&#8217;m not really a fan of&nbsp; fakery in Photoshop but this is more in the&nbsp; line of photographic enhancement for the sake of creating art.
