Day 56 – Sunflower with Bee

The Sunflowers are so pretty this time of year. And despite concerns about colony collapse the bees were a buzzing so I didn’t have to wait long for one to show up.  Post processing was a light detail extraction and a slight darken/lighten center. The flower was already saturated and warm enough.

Day 50 – Rose

This Rose was part of a bouquet of flowers.  I did the usual basic processing in Nik CEP. Love the colors but it was shot indoors at high ISO so there is a bit of noise.

Day 49 – Peppers

Yep, I’m really milking that last trip to the Grower’s Market this week.  But if you know what’s been going on around here you’ll understand.  I did the usual processing on this one.  Mostly I just love the colors in this one.

Day 48 – Heirloom Tomatoes

Yep, I squeezed one more out of this week’s trip to the Grower’s Market.  I just fell in love with these beautiful heirloom tomatoes.  I thought I didn’t get the shot but with a little cropping and post processing I’m liking how it turned out.
