Here are two versions of the same image. The first one was processed using Nik Color Effex Pro and the second with the new Topaz Restyle software. In the Nik version I used the detail extractor, brilliance/warmth and added a dark vignette. In Topaz I selected one of the many color palettes in the Moody collection…I think it was called Pirates Gold….then I added some structure and sharpening and brought up the midtones and lowered the blacks. Either way I am really excited about the range of creative options coming down the pike. The only hard part is choosing which of the myriad options to use!
