I took a camera walk with the EOS-M through Litha Park yesterday, the first of many I hope. I was especially fascinated by the backlighting on the leaves and seedpods of the Japanese Maples in the Japanese gardens. I’m also going to have to make the trip with the “big girl” camera one of these days.
In post processing I did the usual tricks in Color Efex Pro (detail extractor, brilliance warmth, and darken/lighten center) Then back in photoshop I used the spot healing brush to get rid of some brown spots on the leaf tips and content-aware fill to removes some distracting bright spots. Thinking now, maybe I should have done more.
