Well, it’s been a slow week for photography so I thought I might as well reach back into the Tucson file since I have so much good material there. This closeup of a saguaro cactus was shot…where else?…at Saguaro National Monument. It was early Sunday morning and I really felt like I was worshiping at United Church of the Saguaro…Just me a couple cactus wrens and a few bicyclists. I’ve added a lot of sharpening to bring out the needles and their shadows and just a slight vignette.
