I found this turtle at the Albuquerque Botanic Gardens back in May. I have begun the process of culling this year’s photos in order to free up more disc space. For post processing I had to do a little cropping to focus attention on this turtle on not the one behind him. The image also needed lightening. As usual I added a detail extractor filter in Nik Color Efex Pro and a light vignettte to further emphasize the turtle.
